This textile collection includes life-size Eupackardia calleta (Calleta Silkmoth), Agapema anona (Mexican Agapema), and Acherontia atropos (Death's Head Hawkmoth) moths. Hand-crafted with care, each sculpture has textile wings, a flocked clay body, wired legs, and feather antenna.
The wired wings are made from custom printed fabric with highly realistic detail. The wings may be gently posed, but the general position cannot be changed.
To hang your fuzzy fellow on the wall, simply hook a leg around a picture-hook! Hanging your moth from different legs will result in a quirky and life-like tilt!
